It started off with a assessment that was 50 questions long. After the assessment you really get a feel for how much you already know. After being in the IT field for a couple of years now I was surprised by how many I got wrong but honestly unless you constantly study these things it is easy to forget. After the assessment I began going through the lessons. After each one I took the quizzes and moved onto the next lesson. Each lesson has flash cards you can study with. I was not a fan of them. The writer wrote in a way that kept me engaged lesson after lesson. the writing style was almost like a story. Definitions can't be all stories but it was explained well enough to where I didn't feel like I was reading a dictionary and getting definition after definition. At the end a final test well two tests but really it feels like just one big one. After the test is taken and depending on the score depends if they recommend you taking the certification. Throughout the entire course you have a status meeter. Everything you complete makes your number go up. Once you get to 90 it is recommended you are ready for the certification. I will be honest in my two week assessment I am far from ready for this certification test but I also didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to this course. I was not able to experience the labs my self just because of my own schedule. They did however look very promising. This could be a good beginner certification for someone new to the IT world or a cap certification after taking A+, Net+, and Security +. I am not sure personally on a growth chart this might be. If this is a course you want to explore go to https:\/\/\/exams\/CompTIA\/FC0-U61.html you won't regret it and will add another great certification to your arsenal."}
